Do you think it is ok to post another freelancer's work to public?

Let me tell you that it is not ok!!!

That freelancer worked for you and still paticipates in this competition it is not fair for him to show us he's work and design!
One's ideea and design are one's chances and advantages of winning your contest, please respect that!
