Logo Design Brief

a) I need a logo designed for buiness card
b) I need a banned designed for a website

My company is called 'redwheel Consulting'
It is an automotive, training company.
We deliver senior management and leadership training globally to companies like BMW, Ford, Toyota, Mack Trucks, Tractor companies, and heavy machinery companies like big earth moving equipment

Some designs im thinking of might be a red wheel, cogs, gears, and stuff that moves..like the inside of an engine... but im very open to the creative flare many of you will have
So the logo will go on the business card and also a web banner
Im looking for artwork for both please
The 3 words Red Wheel Consulting could also be one word under another also
I'm not to fussy if it reads Redwheel or the word are stacked on top each other

** I also like the "Balanced Scorecard" Quadrant concept (google this )

It breaks up staff/systems/customers and sales into 4 boxes
Utilizing this concept with a wheel/cog..steering wheel?...dashboard...speedometer....instrument cluster...gearbox...
