Logo Design Brief

Looking to have a logo made for a distillery. We will be manufacturing liquor. We are located in Cocoa Beach Florida. We would like our logo to be prohibition style / industrial looking.

We are going to be distilling craft spirits including vodka, gin, rum and moonshine. We are opening a distillery in Cocoa Beach Florida just steps away from the Ocean. Our facility is going to have a modern industrial look. High ceiling, concrete floors, exposed metal beams . Our color scheme will be grey, black and wood grains. When we are referring to the drift, we are referring to drift wood.
Our target market will be 25-40 men and woman with a median income of 40,000.
As far as design specifics, I would like our logo to be modern yet have an antique look. We are distilling "craft" spirits, so we are doing small batch, prohibition style. Maybe our logo can include Est. 2015 or include Cocoa Beach in the logo... we are open to ideas. I currently have 3 businesses and I have designed our logo's myself. I am trying out designCrowd to get a more professional logo to help launch our brand.
