The current budget suffices for 4-5 pages psd design only - not full site designed or CSS coded or backend or ecommece integrated for this low budget
Also please guarantee the project if you wish the best designers to work on it

Scope is only design - no coding. If you look closely at the wireframes and design brief it is a very simple site and most of the 10 screens in the wireframes are very much identical. I am trying out DesignCrowd having used other services before and would like to see the quality of designs supplied before guaranteeing the budget.
