Are you able to use an inDesign file as the template?
thanks!

Yes--that is fine--I made the previous year's posters in Pages, but it was so tedious. I can get help with InDesign from a colleague to drag and drop the book covers. Cheers.

hello, what is the size of each book cover and how many covers you need in design?

by Project Owner on Monday, July 20, 2015

Well, our budget is tight, but we could pay for images if they aren't too pricy.

The book covers end up printing out to be roughly 4 x 6 inches I think. We can be flexible as to the number of books, but roughly similar to the number on the example posters from previous years.

Thanks for your invitation, the most important part is, as you have mentioned that you will provide your logo and images so please upload them asap so that we can start designing your poster and can accept the invite accordingly.

Looking forward for your response.

Hello--thanks for the reminder--I have added logos and other helpful documents as well as a link to a file of images of students.
Cheers,

Your sample has 126 book spaces, but your saying a min of 50? All the icons supplied are they the book topics?

Thanks Pat

Hi Pat,
We just need to revitalize our recommended reading campaign. I wrote 50 as the minimum because that is the students' reading goal--50 books for the year. However, the poster can promote 50-150 books.
The icons are our school's qualities and traits that students should embody--that was confusing and I am sorry for that--I just thought it would be useful for designers to see them as a reference point.
I have simplified and relabelled the attached files.
Cheers,
Angie
