Logo Design Brief

New business venture needing a logo involving business name, image of the state of Louisiana and a child or something related to neurology.

I would like the entire name of the business in the logo, but it would be nice if the images of the state and child/neurology could be worked in together so that they could be used together or separately. Was thinking like a child or children leaning or sitting on an image of Louisiana as an example.

All colors are open, but light blue should be part of the design.
