Logo Design Brief

We are SECURITY INTEGRATORS and SPECIALIST. We have offices accross Canada. Before the merge, we had 2 seperate entity : Cobra Integrated Systems Ltd. And I-Logiq Security Inc. The companies are merging and we want to revampe the company logo at the same time. We Would like to have a crest that looks like a cobra snake using CIS letters and a new technologie writing font.
