Logo Design Brief
We recently started a real estate company. The name of the company is CPI Real Estate Inc. The website address is buywithcpi.com. What we are looking for is a modern vintage minimalist design with black and silver as our color scheme. We want the designers to have as much creativity as possible so we want to limit defining too much in order to give more freedom to the creativity. But to keep it within the modern vintage minimalist design and color scheme of black and silver. The site forced me to upload an image so I simply saved one, but I want the designer to have flexibility.

Hello everyone, thank-you for your submissions to date. I just wanted to let you know that we do not require pictures of houses and/or buildings as part of the logo design. People are buying a 'lifestyle', a 'dream', and not just a house. It is a home. It is not to say that we will not choose a final design with a home on it, but it is also not required. Thanks.
