Hi if you have already chosen a designer to fine tune some work then why have you sent us an invite to submit some designs? Please let me know if you still want us to accept?

Hi I message you regarding the invite you sent us today. But you have stated that you've picked a designer for your logo, and are now fine tuning. This confused me, why ask me to participate, if you have already decide on a logo. However I went ahead and Accepted the invite due to the time left to accept, but until I hear from you, I wont submit any design until I have the go-head. Wouldn't want to waste my time designing when its not even going to be considered if you have a designer already. Hope you can understand my point of view and if there is a change in the circumstance then let me know.
