The current budget suffices for homepage uncoded psd design only - not full site designed or CSS coded or backend or ecommece integrated for this low budget
Also please guarantee the project if you wish the best designers to work on it

We want a visual idea of what the website can be. Mainpage, contactpage, who are we, what do we do, ...
In a following stage, we want the website to be build and running.
It will have approx. 5 pages.
In time (6 months) we want to expand to file upload page, login page, ...

Hope this gives you a better idea what we are planning to do.
