Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Chicago called Treepenguin. We develop products for consumers in home and baby categories. The logo should give a friendly/inviting vibe. We are focusing on earth friendly products made of natural materials. We really do not have a set vision of what we are looking for in our logo but are confident that at least a part of a penguin should be present within the logo. (in other words if not a whole penguin then maybe just a head or silhouette etc..) If a tree or leaves are worked in that is good but don't feel that is mandatory.
