Logo Design Brief

Design a logo for a new owners. Acme Jordan is a major manufacturer in Australia of melamine products such as kitchen bases, pantries, robes and inserts. We don't usually sell to the general public as yet but supply wholesalers and retailers. The Old logo is attached. The business will have new owners in the coming weeks so we would like it to be slightly different than the old logo but simple enough to distinguish between the two.
