Hello, is it okay if I add color to my design?

Yes, of course.

what I understood from the requirements that I need to submit a logo design with each flavor name, meaning I would be submitting 4 different designs, is that correct? Or should I just create a logo without the flavors and just add the flavors to the package mockup? Or should I just create one page with the 4 logos all together on that one page?

please see the design submissions that I have rated the highest. Those can provide good inspiration. I really like the font of the CanDo Designs logo, and the package of the Ricardo Best logo, and the DG of the MIHO label.

Can we create custom package? Does it have to be standard lipgloss stick/look?!
