Brochure Design Brief

Tri-fold or quad-fold (if you think a different size would look better then go for it)
Actual pictures are included, but we aren't opposed to stock photos.
I have included a file of the old brochure, but we want a completely new design.
I have included a file with all of the text and features of each room. Please try not to change it too much, but if you think it needs tweaking then go for it (such as putting it in a list for versus paragraph or vice versa).
Needs to represent our town, Lacey, WA (USA) which is small (about 40,000 people) and friendly. Our clients are higher end and our building is new and modern.
