Logo Design Brief

Seminars for profitability improvement
We are now putting together a series of seminars to help the carpenters improve their profitability. At the seminars we will teach subjects as strategy, goals and vision, calculation, production efficiency, organization and leadership, sales and brand management.

To visualize the contain of the seminar, and to show these traditional craftsmen that these are just different tools in their daily work, I want to use a "Profitability Toolbox" as the symbol or icon of the seminars.

The symbol will be used on brochures, presentations and our webpage to promote the seminars.

An ordinary toolbox for carpenters will traditionally be a wooden one, and it will normally include a hammer, screwdrivers, a planer, saws and other traditional tools. I work for Norsk Trevare/ (Norwegian Wood) www.trevare.no, an organization for the Norwegian carpenters. But this will be nothing like an ordinary toolbox.

• Management tools that illustrate: strategy, goals and vision, calculation, production efficiency, HR/ organization and leadership, sales and brand management.
• Colors that matches with wood. ( greens, browns ++)

Nice to have

• The toolbox could be a drawing, a photograph, digital or something else. Take a look at the uploaded pics/examples to see some examples what I mean.

Should not have

• Ordinary tools (hammer, wrench key)
