Logo Design Brief

I need to have a logo designed (and business cards in a separate project). The name of the business is Azure Development. The definition of Azure is:
adjective - bright blue in color, like a cloudless sky.
"white beaches surrounded by azure seas"
synonyms: sky-blue, bright blue, blue; literary cerulean
"she wears contacts that make her eyes azure"

The company is a high end real estate developer/home builder in South Florida with a primary focus of residential development primarily on waterfront properties or in urban settings where an oasis can be created. The type of styles the company builds range from ultra modern to seaside Caribbean.

Website: www.azureFL.com I think the FL should be in another color and in caps.

I would like both the logo and the business card (I know this is a separate project) to look very clean and classy to appeal to a high-end home buyer or commercial tenant.
