Sorry to ask, but you want a logo and a book cover for this budget?
And without any copyrighted pictures, I think you are on the wrong way.

Hi Andre. Obviously a newbie at this. So, the site gave me the options to add products, but the price didn't change. I guess I thought we'd work that between us at some point?

Here's the deal with the "book jacket". I don't need a full book jacket. No spine or back cover design...nothing. I'm presenting this project to the French Consulate. I don't NEED anything, but I thought it would give the project more credence, and psychologically let them "see" the project in finished form if the cover page looked like a book jacket. Name, Author, Publisher etc....

All I need is a front cover. I was hoping for the background to be the French Flag overlain with some photographs of the Aquitaine region. It is famous for Bordeaux wines, so vineyards, Chateaux, truffles, flowers, markets....I don't know anything about copy write and photography. I was told that everything on wikipedia was open source as is Pinterest. That my or may not be true, and you are the expert. I am not.

The logo would be very simple (just not for me). What should I expect to pay? I really have no idea. I can do the business cards, no worries.

Logo, business card, jacket cover, no copyright pictures, and a non guaranteed contest.

I am sorry my goal is not to laugh you but to help you. If you want this it is the best way to open three separate contests and to put minimal awards on each. That way you will save money and get all designs.
