Web Design Brief

LifeExec.com is a website that allows people to create preformatted emails to be sent out at a later date. The purpose is to allow people to communicate in the event of an accident or death. The beta site is built but not consumable by the public. It needs a new look before we go live.

I’m speaking specifically about the user account. They are admin tools for creating and publishing communications. They include workflow design, document/message storage, and a dashboard.

I currently have a basic design. Now I’m looking for an inspired design. Something interesting and memorable. Something that draws people in. I have a PPT that can provide guidance on what elements need to be on each page but I’m looking for someone who knows how to create engaging websites.

SCOPE OF EFFORT
There are approximately 23 pages to the website but only 5 distinct page appearances
• Dashboard
• Workflow
• Document/Message/Contact Management
• Education Search
• Account Form
I need a few pop-up designs
• Yes/No/Continue
I need a responsive design (3 sizes)

Easy to Use/Understand
New/Inventive/Cool/Memorable
Works with the Logo
Consistent Elements (buttons, text, use of color, etc)

TECHNICAL ASPECTS
I’d like the work provided in a storyboard and individual files for development

1. Initial Concept
a. 2-3 Designs Ideas. Just the Dashboard and Workflow in responsive formats
2. Build
a. Create all the pages
b. Provide in storyboard in responsive formats
c. 2 Rounds of Revision
3. Final
a. Provide Storyboard and Files

I'd like to see a portfolio of your responsive web design, especially any user accounts you have created. I've attached three of the initial pages. I'd like to see a concept of what you would produce for at least one of the pages.
