Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design (for use with business card and post card) for my contemporary house in the country that I am planning to rent out on weekends.
I want the logo to be open, welcoming, simple, contemporary/stylish & hip.
The name of the place is called Main RESIDE and so I want the logo to be in the name of the house/business name.
The logo should be available in 2 formats - one white and one black that can be used against a coloured background. From my perspective the font design is the important feature for me.
