Postcard Design Brief

We need a postcard design for a company called the Space Shop Self Storage. We are a self storage facility offering climate controlled and conventional units. I already have the front size of the postcard, I will just need the back side created. The backside will need to include a coupon for the 1st month of a climate controlled or conventional unit free. I would like the free month coupon to have the dotted line around it so it draws the customers eye as an actual coupon. It must state somewhere that the coupon needs to be brought in to the facility to receive the free month. There needs to be something standing out saying that we have "brand new climate controlled units", and we need a small picture of the property added. I have attached 2 pictures of the facility. Please choose the one that will look the best on the postcard. Our logo with our color green has also been attached so you may see the color we use.
