Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new company in Melbourne called Chrysalis Software Solutions . We provide IT consultancy and help various business in business process automation and business process outsourcing. We also house a bunch of developers who are keen to produce some great products for the market.
We would like to have blue , green and black as the primary colors in the logo . The logo can have only the letters CSS to represent Chrysalis Software solutions but also should have the main name Chrysalis .
The design should focus on innovation , growth and trust.
We need also a punch line " Right First time "
