Logo Design Brief

I am a business consultant, managerial coach, and keynote speaker. I am developing a new brand of educational materials specifically for mid-level managers can "Lion Leadership." I need a logo design for "Lion Leadership."

The final design should communicate strength, focus, courage, and respect. It should be appealing to both men and women ranging in their mid 20s to late 40s. I am inspired by the design elements of wood, brick, iron/metal, and glass/mirror. It would be great if those elements could be incorporated into the color scheme.

My tag line is not set yet, and it does not necessarily have to be in the logo design, but it will likely be: Lion Leadership - Advising. Consulting. Speaking.
