Logo Design Brief

We need a logo and business card for a consulting company in the Silicon Valley. The company name is SBAS, LLC (Strategic Business Advisory Services, LLC). We are professionals in the areas of Finance, Marketing, and Law. Most of our customers are individuals who are transitioning from full-time careers into a new area. We would like to see a design with the following attributes:
1. a logo with and without the type 'SBAS, LLC'
2. a design that resembles or incorporates an infinity symbol
3. a design that is appealing to both women and men
4. we are open on color, but don't like red or orange
5. the final design should communicate growth and opportunity
6. final file formats should be AI, .jpeg, and .png in color and black and white
