Flyer Design Brief

I need a brochure to include with small sample gift boxes that I send or give to companies who do door to door marketing of businesses, company reps, real estate designers and large companies looking for a unique customer appreciation gifts.

The brochure needs to capture the size variations and the limitless options for their budget and customization needs.

They are gift boxes that can be filled with cookies for the drug rep making an impression for the doc - after cookies are gone, the gift remains

At christmas, we fill them with baked goods and provide to each office. Every year as i visit the offices, they have last years gift box out as a decoration.

realtors can use them as a welcome to your new home gift filled with a bottle of wine and their papers left on the kitchen counter

We have had them used for baby shower gifts, kept later as a decoration.

that's the concept, i need it captured.

a tag line we came up with is It's all in the PRESENTation.

The concept of say goodbye to plain jane gift boxes that all look alike... Say goodbye to expensive gift wrap and bows that get thrown away in minutes.... and hello to a beautiful custom made gift box that will remain a decoration or keepsake box forever....

Requirements

Must have

• IMPORTANT... I CAN and AM GETTING better pictures for the printing purposes. I'm looking more for the concept of the brochuure and layout design.
• I'd love to have it have some place holders for various pictures and descriptions - because each industry targets different people, I'd like to be able to change the front cover of the brochure with a picture of a box that targets that audience a little.
• For a real estate person... i might choose a beautiful centerpiece looking one... vs, the ob/gyn office, I might choose a baby one.
• I have some design skill, just 0 times and the programs have changed alot over the years, so this may go on to future work and a long design relationship as the company grows and changes. I do know photoshop and pagemaker from long ago so I should be able to drop in pics and text options. if we use compatible programs.

Nice to have

• would love to have some kind of background for the page - not just plain white background.
• i like angles and curves

Should not have

• boxy look.
