Brochure Design Brief

Need a brochure for our Commercial Electrical Contracting company that has been serving the St. Louis and surrounding area for 29 years focused on commercial construction, high end residential properties and service work. Our staff consists of full time electricians that have on average worked for our company for over 10 years. CSE is a family owned and operated electrical contractor insuring our customers receive the highest level of service and expertise in the electrical field. Our project managers have received the best electrical training in the St. Louis area having attended both the IEC apprenticeship program, the IBEW Local one training school, hold IBEW Journeyman A cards, and certificates of training in specialized control fields.

We strive to develop strong long term working relationships with our customers and the contractors we work with. We also have an excellent reputation with the local inspectors and a 100% on time completion record on all our projects.

Safety is very important with CSE and we have an excellent industry safety record currently at .94 experience rating which is below the national average of 1.0.

Some of recent work includes Lucky's Grocery Store in Rock Hill, MO; Save-A-Lot Grocery stores in Lemay, Pacific, and St. Clair, MO; Louisa Foods in St. Louis, MO; MMTTC Component Bar Training Center in O'Fallon, MO; Coopers Hawk Restaurant and Winery, Town and Country, MO and several educational facilities and numerous Family Dollar, Dollar General, Panera Bread, McDonalds, and McArthur's Bakeries and the first Tim Horton's in the St. Louis area to name a few.

Would like to have brochure in navy, teal with some yellow and black as these are our letterhead colors.
