Some comments to other designers that I think are relevant for everyone related to home page:

1. Logo/Title - use a generic logo with text title as well

2. Navigation - this style (text with no background color) is preferred. Remove the login and signup links (need mockups for the pages though)

3. Carousel - don't need one on home

4. Accepting/Not Accepting New Patients - This is an notification to the reader (new patients) that is updated by the clinic to let them know if they are accepting new patients or not. Kind of like a hotel room vacancy notice.

5. About Us - No picture please.

6. Staff - Remove pictures. Include name, designation (e.g. Physician, Therapist, Radiologist). Include brief bio and link to more. Should also have a link to View All Staff.

7. Physician Toolbox - The site is 99% for patients and 1% for physicians. The link to the Physician Toolbox should be relatively small compared to all other content on the page.

10. Social links - please remove. They are not in the requirements.

I've attached a sample wireframe for the home page. You do not need to follow the design patterns or the layout, it's just an example.

I'm interested in seeing some designs with left side navigation as well.

Please ensure that home page designs include 1. Hours of Operation, 2. Contact Us form, 3. Contact Info, 4. 'New Patients' section with Contact Us button, 5. Staff - show image, name, designation, link to All Staff page, 6. Clinic Policies

The selected design look like a design that already well famous in Themeforest.
