I have a project which is to increase business activity. There are dozens or real estate adds and I want mine to stand out from all others.

My strategy is going with a 50 % sale, what I need is something catchy and something that will make my brochure stand out from the other dozen brochure they have in the mail I need the WOW! Factor

DL Brochure (DL Brochures, Size 99 mm X 210 mm) atm the moment im thinking of only using 1 side but if your design needs both side that is an option
