Flyer Design Brief

Hi, we're offering a free ebook to customers called "The 8 Biggest Mistakes Business Owners Make."
We need a complete re-design and wanted to make the front page look like it was a published book and a best seller!
We are a commercial bank that only offer loans to businesses so we want to show that we know the pitfalls of owning your own business and we'd like to share our stories with them to help them avoid replicating those same mistakes.
Our company website is: www.bankofcardiff.com and I've attached the ebook for your reference. Again, we need a complete overhaul!
