Character Design Brief

Background
Tech Angels provides the very BEST for all home technology support, emergency fixes, help and advice. Based in the UK.
We’re friendly, efficient, professional and talk in NON TECHIE JARGON/plain English! We help customers over the phone, via the internet with remote access or home visits.

Require a simple clear and clean character illustration. It must highlights and brings the brand name ‘Tech Angels’ to life. I do not way it to be a very intricate and detailed character.
It must convey approachable, friendly and efficient and NOT a very ‘corporate’ character. Our target market is consumers. We’re very different from any other computer support company.

The character needs to be able to be redrawn and adapted for use in different scenarios on the website. This may include for example when we’re talking about internet security with a lock and key or a safe when talking about backing up, a spanner when talking about servicing etc.

Consumers, 40+, owning any piece of technology - table, laptop, PC, mobile phone, etc.
