Logo Design Brief

Seeking a pair of related logos that unify but help to distinguish two parts of the University of New South Wales's online media services for students.
One is 'Lecture Recordings', (using the EchoCapture system) and the other is 'Educational Media' (using the Kaltura system).

'Lecture Recordings' are automated captures of what is presented in a lecture theatre, with the lecturer down the front of the theatre and presenting on the screens and boards with students in the theatre. There is also live webcasting from this service.

'Educational Media' is the publication point for all authored and post produced media used in classes. This can include everything from students own submissions of assessable work, through to lecturers narrating short little videos (think flipped classroom content) and full on documentary style content.

The University has a branding guideline that stipulates yellow as the primary colour (can be seen at www.unsw.edu.au)

The University's tag line is 'Never Stand Still', so please consider that as the emotive 'brief'

Target Market(s)

The target markets are for students to recognise that there are two places they go for content, but that the systems are part of the same service.
