Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a courier company based in Las Vegas. We contract and provide services on behalf of FedEx Ground. We'd like the logo to use the same colors as FedEx Ground. The final design should communicate speed, competence, and growth. I have a current logo that I don't know if I like, but I'll include it just to show you.
