Logo Design Brief

I need a logo that represents the website I am trying to build and launch. The logo needs to reflect a brand that is determined to provide clear and concise nutritional information by a registered nutritionist. The Healthful Lifestyle is a website dedicated to all things focused on living a healthy lifestyle in today’s busy world. It focuses on balanced nutrition; thought provoking information; delicious recipes; insightful input from industry experts in fitness, meditation and wellness; restaurant and café reviews; natural beauty tips. It is a website that sets out to educate and inspire every reader to be the best that they can be. Balance is the key to a harmonious relationship with food and one’s body.

The Healthful Lifestyle has a love of water, sunshine, food and active living. We aim to use imagery that will invoke feelings of friendship, happiness, love, beauty and laughter.

The imagery that will be used to support the brand message will be summer / water / sunshine / delicious food, so logo design and colour should support this. I don't like logos that have apple or fruit symbols, they seem cheap. I'm undecided as to whether it should just be typography for the logo or symbol, will leave that to you creatives! Looking forward to seeing some amazing designs!

Target Market(s)

The final design should speak to the 18-35 female market who have an interest in their health, but not obsessed, they understand life is about balance, they enjoy an active lifestyle, want to learn more about nutrition and health and they're interested in trying new things.
