Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new startup based in Italy called "Dedalo BT", wherein BT stands for "building technology". The company creates building automation management system (e.g., automatic switch on-off or dimming of lights, air conditioning, fire-safety and alarms etc.). Dedalo, in the greek mytology, was the father of Icarus. Dedalo was imprisoned into a labyrinth from which he managed to escape by building a pair of bird-like wings.
We would like the logo recall somehow graphically the "labyrinth" element. However, the final design should communicate velocity, high-technology and home and building automation.
We would like to see a design that use the color blue.

• labyrinth or something that may recall the labirynth
• the logo envelope (overall) must be round
• simple to print on a small scale (e.g.3x3 cm)
• 1 or 2 colors
• easily identifiable (when I see it, I remember it)

Nice to have

• I attached some examples of logo that I find attractive

Should not have

• Wings, stylised PC or monitors, electronic apparatus (e.g., light bulb, remote control), air conditioning elements
