Improve quality, value and save thousands is something I would like to see and does not need to be exactly as it is written here can be worded differently

You do not have to use that photo. You can use whatever you think will capture the idea best. Homeowners are driving by all the time and are curious to know what the neighbor is doing. The sign should look inviting and professional. Vague but informative to help encourage curiosity. A clean look
I put the sign in the front yard to show everyone that this home is going to be better now that I'm working on it.
This is the effect I want the sign to have. Will it have that effect on everyone... Not sure, but I hope it has a positive effect on those he see it.
