Logo Design Brief

I need a good logo design for a designer sunglass company. Generally I think of Burberry. I like simple and classy. There is a long story behind the name of the brand but it is Ambyr Lynn, or possibly Ambyr Lynns. I do want it simple ( for it will go on the arm of the sunglasses ). The name and logo I kind of consider interchangeable. The logo itself I think I would like something to do with the two Y's in the name. YY. I have come up with a few myself but my lack of experience I just feel there is something missing. There is actually a love story behind the brand name but I don't think that should incorporate really into the logo, just the story behind the company. I am open to color but have been drawn to blacks and whites and greys. Do please keep it simple and sleek. I think the font is a huge part of it.
