Logo Design Brief

We are a CrossFit gym that has created a new class, Row Rage, and need a logo.

We use Concept2 rowers, which you can see here: http://www.concept2.com/indoor-rowers/model-d

We are open to color ideas but let's not steer to far off from shades of gray, blue, purple, white, and maybe a little red.

It would be great if the logo could communicate a bit of intensity (as found in a workout) but not be too ridiculous and in your face as our demographic skews toward 40-60 year olds.
