Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a new website solarcalculator.com.au. The website will deliver information for consumers looking to invest in solar panels, a calculator will display the financial benefits of installing solar panels for different variables.

I am looking for a highly professional logo. I am open minded to any logo design and like to leave it open for all kinds of design. I guess key descriptive words are: professional, some form of the sun may feature, whether it be a sun, sun's rays, the sun's reflection or colours of the sun.

Nice to have

• Somewhat reluctantly, I've added my attempt at a logo. I'm reluctant to do so because I don't want to hinder any creative ideas or push designers down a certain path.
• In the end I chose to do introduce the possibility of a range of colours to the project, so that I don't receive 50 designs incorporating a yellow sun!
