Sticker Design Brief
We need a sticker to cover the front of our printers. We use existing printers and modify them with an environmental focus (no more toners to throw away into land fill), they also cost less to run and our main clients are schools. As we do not make the printers (they are HP branded) printers we want to cover the front of the printers with a specific type of label that highlights our brand and colour scheme. The final printed sticker will be 600mm width and 400mm high. It will be printed on a semi permanent sticker material. The company is being banded as "ecoprinters". I have included the company logo and a couple of sites that I like the designs. This will give you an idea of where we want to position the brand. The sticker needs to move away from the 'grey box' mindset of desktop printers. Its almost as if I want my clients to refer to the ecoprinter and not the printer... The sticker needs to include: company logo, recycling symbol, electric vehicle (or van in our case), symbols associated with the environment, trees, perhaps some reference to schools, co2, decrease landfill. The sticker will be printed on a white background. The fill need to AI or eps so I can recover and change the specifics of the sticker ( as i want to put some text onto the label, locate the place where paper is inserted and the on/off button). The individual images on the sticker need to be quite large and finally i want to ensure I can turn the sticker into wallpaper, so the image needs to be repeatable to make it a specific desirable format (seamless design). I would like the final sticker to have the various symbols repeated a few times in the same sticker design. The winning design might even be used to produce a vehicle wrap! Finally the design needs to project an image of a company that is fun, innovative, fresh and a company that challenges the Staus Quo in what it goes at every stage of its business. Thanks.
