Logo Design Brief

Real Estate Advertising Solutions Company (REASCO) Jamaica Limited is a licensed real estate brokerage located in Kingston, Jamaica. Incorporated in March 2015, we expect to commence operations on June 1, 2015.

REASCO intends to focus on real estate advertising more than brokerage services like that of a traditional brokerage. In other words, we plan to focus on acquiring listings (properties for sale/rent) and advertise/promote these properties and direct prospects/real estate agents directly to the property owners.

We wish to develop two brands, RE4SALE and RE4RENT and we wish to develop logos for these two brands with the "Sale" and "Rent" aspects being interchangeable.

We would like the logo to depict property (house or building) with colours red, black and yellow being utilized.

A concept done by a previous graphic artist is attached.
