Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a restaurant and takeout in China. The name of the company is 'Chama Chicken' or possibly 'Chama Piri Piri Chicken' depending on how the logo will be used and on suitability.

Our main product is a flame grilled chicken which is marinated in a piri piri sauce. The recipe originates in Portugal and 'Chama' is Portuguese for flame. I would like the logo to have a flame element and a chicken. It cannot be cartoony since we are pricing in the middle ground aimed at 18-45 year olds. The logo should include either the words 'Chama Chicken' or 'Chama Piri Piri Chicken'.

The decor of the restaurant will be loft style so the logo should suit that. With regards to colours, warm colours are preferable, for example red, orange, yellow and green even are all acceptable.

Since the restaurant is based in China there will also be a Chinese name, 咖玛鸡, which in pinyin is GA MA JI. Ideally those 3 Chinese characters need to be incorporated into the overall logo, but there will be situations when only the English will be used, for example when space is limited. However I would prefer a logo with and without the Chinese. The English will be the main logo.
