Logo Design Brief

This client is building a three story development on the Corner of Clifton and Victoria Streets in Bunbury. The bottom floor will house a chocolatier, restaurant, wine bar, and mini mart, second level will have business offices and medical and the top level residential with views of the inlet and ocean. This development is in a key location and as such bookends an entertainment precinct which offers a cinema, theatre, bars, restaurants and night clubs, Once you leave this entertainment precinct you move into a residential area which has views of the ocean and is premium quality. We want this logo to reflect style and premium status on par with Chanel, YSL etc. We have named the development Victoria Square and so happy to consider anagrams VS or VSq etc.
