Logo Design Brief

Need a new logo design for our real estate investment company. Tried to source logo design services from another company and the finished product was not up to our standards as it looked like something that was produced using a paint program (See attached files).

We are are hoping to have a design just like the one in the pictures below with a chrome bonsai tree, however would like it to have a richer, cleaner finish and evenly spaced text.

For reference please use the last image as that is what we reached a conclusion of with the previous designer, the second picture is what we are going for with the strike-throughs in the branches no interpretation on that either just done as is but cleaned up and made to look more precise and clean not like a cartoon.

Interpretations as to what would be better are not needed only improvements on the original.
