App Design Brief

You are competing to produce the Brand Identity for Hawkist, a new marketplace app for iOS and Android. Hawkist is specific to the gaming industry, providing a platform for gaming enthusiasts to buy, sell and trade PC and console games as well as gaming hardware.

This project requires production of a logo, single-page marketing website and user interface design for the mobile application. All outputs should be as PSD files so they can be easily included into the mobile application by our developers.

The successful design will communicate modernity, edginess and and a sense of belonging to the gaming community. Attached is a logo we are fond of (but not attached to). It is a fusion of a hawk and micro chip. The text font is ideal.

Desired colours are shades of greens, blues or purples. Gray may be included with any of these three but we are not keen to mix green with purple.

Hawkist is being developer by Dekko Holdings. Our focus is on building mobile first e-commerce applications with millennials and other digital natives in mind.
