T-shirt Design Brief

We have a huge reunion coming up in July. I am in charge of the shirts and here is the scoop:
My mom is one of 12 kids...there are 56 first cousins on my moms side. All of these cousins now have kids, its about 200 people coming. I want a kick ass shirt for this reunion. I want it to say on the back "G-12" and then somewhere have it say The Gilbert Reunion/Avalon NJ/July 24th 2015
I have some ideas for this..I want the G-12 to be unique looking..maybe a faded look. This reunion also takes place at the Jersey shore beach in Avalon NJ...maybe a beach look to this? Thats for the designers to play with. I am not stuck on one idea, just want it to be original and not your typical boring reunion t-shirt that you will never wear again.
I also would love in the front a circle in the middle of the chest that has the G-12 logo by itself.
The shirt color looks like its going to be Navy Blue so we can do some really nice colors for the design.
