T-shirt Design Brief

I am looking for a t-shirt design that incorporates my company logo without it looking like an advertising billboard, a shirt that someone would wear because it looks nice not because it was given to them for free. My company is based in Southeast Florida which is a tropical climate on the Atlantic Ocean. I would like to either have the provided logo be modified or have your artwork built around the provided logo. I am picturing something related to surfing or a hawaiian/polynesian feel. The design needs to go on the back and not the front. I use shirts with pockets so something on the pocket as well. Also, the option for short and long sleeves. If possible, I would like for the design to work on different color shirts. Primarily blue, white, yellow, and an olive drab green.
