Well done on giving us a clear vision of what you are looking for.

The name "Ironworks on main". is it on main Street?

So would it be IRONWORKS and then "on main" as a smaller part of the logo?

Also, do you have or need a tag line such as Bar and Grill or Bar and Restaurant or something.

It is on main street. IRONWORKS is the main emphasis. "on Main" should should be smaller as it is part of the legal name, but not referenced when people talk about the restaurant. At this point, no tagline is necessary.
