Logo Design Brief

Please see attached documents to create a logo. We have a federal grant program called Community Connections in which we are trying to work with individuals to build skills/resources to move out of poverty, and create linkages within the community to support them as they seek to improve their lives. If you feel it aesthetically pleasing our slogan is "Creating Opportunities" and that could be incorporated into the design.
