Logo Design Brief

We are a 'new age' country rock band. We are all Males, so no need for girly designs. A mixture best described between John Butler and Zac Brown Band, with a taste of BlueGrass, Rock with funky reggae bass, Slide Guitars, violins and country harmonies. We have come across a new root to country, a new sound, and we need something amazing to start off our facebook page in a professional manner. We have been working on our album for the last 2 years that we plan to record in next 6 months, then an australian tour early next year and then over seas.

The name of the band is 'Kings Court Band'. Im thinking of a simple yet fancy banner with a detailed squiggly crown hanging on the 'B'. I dont want to narrow your imagination too much but to have a crown on the 'B' is advised, I am interested to see what people have in mind for our project no matter how different i have described so far.

I will upload a photo i have had in mind for the font and squiggles, but without the design in the middle. This is very simple and probably something i can do on my own. Or we can go with a more solid idea with the bluesfest image i have uploaded, though to have it a little more detailed, different background idea and colors. Dont let this idea limit yourself. Forget everything i said if you wish.

I am not sure if this website is limited to only one design per project, but we are also after a square facebook profile photo. A squiggly crown from the main photo on the 'B', with Kings Court Band in a circle around it. no words being upside down. We are looking for both designs, even if you put them in the one picture to edit into separate, otherwise, the banner sized design is priority.

I hope this project turns out to be far more advanced than what i have described so far. If we find something amazing, we might use it for the long run.

Requirements

Must have

• Crown on 'B'
• Must be professionally presentable to be used as our logo, a country rock logo on the big screen for 10,000 people to see, stamped on posters and guitar picks.

Nice to have

• If you can imagine a music festival of over 50,000 people, fireworks in the background, a big stage, lighting, and the perfect band photo, what would be the perfect band logo for us to slam in the corner of that photo. Or what would be the best band logo to have on the big screens each side of the stage.

Should not have

• Girly Designs
• A plain and business feel. (This is a country rock band about to kick off and go work wide within the next year).
