Portrait please and I suspect we would use this design in various dimensions from a smaller version for a desktop frame (standard 8 1/2 x 11) up to a 3' x 2' poster type. This is our first time submitting a contest like this - so I hope that helps. I really have no idea what I want, but will be very responsive to any questions...Thanks, Jeff

Would you please upload the two logos in vector format?
Any design will look bad with JPG cutouts of those two logos, especially on color backgrounds.
Is there any copy other than 4 core values that should be written on the poster?
Should there be a "CORE VALUES" heading?
Should the poster relay the corporate values to your employees or to your visiting parties or both?
It is all needed to produce a good poster.

I will work on the vector logos...for now, can you just use the JPG to convey the concept (I understand it will be quality limited - I can filter that out in my head).

Really, that is about all the copy that is needed. I am 50-50 on the heading...seems like it needs to be there, but somehow in a subtle way (if that makes any sense). This is 90% for our staff, but of course, we do have clients and visitors from time-to-time, so they will see it for sure, but not really intended for them.

Great questions....looking forward to seeing what you produce. I will see about the vector logos.

After seeing the first 2 designs, we might need to incorporate some of the look and feel of our website / color scheme. Originally I thought it would be OK to do something different, but now when I see a couple designs, it really seems to disconnected from other stuff we have done and have. To see our normal "black space theme", see www.WeNetwork.com. I am sorry I didn't mention that originally.

Just so everyone knows - I have every intention of selecting a winner from this - so as long as we can work together over a few revisions and get something I like - then I am glad to pay for the winning design.
