Logo Design Brief

I need a logo designing for my IT services consultancy specialising in database design services for clients in the healthcare, telecoms and nuclear industries. If possible, I would like the logo to reflect the 'cosine' part of the name by use of (a) triangle(s) in some way, and possible incorporation of an 'atom' motif (google atom image for the kind of thing I'm thinking of). I particularly like green and orange as colours. I have wondered about 'chalkboard' typefaces, but not sure if they can be made to look sufficiently professional, so not wedded to that idea, any interesting typefaces would be welcome. The company name is Cosineit, I usually upper-case the trailing IT for emphasis, but that isn't strictly required.
